Shipping & Returns

These terms are effective as of May 01, 2018.

Return Policy:

We make pieces that last, and if they don't, we want to know about it. So if something's not fitting or lasting as long as you think it should, we'll take it back.

With the original receipt, you may return for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of your purchase date. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

  1. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
  2. The package containing the product(s) you’re returning must be postmarked within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  3. Pack up the merchandise and head to the local FedEx office. Supply them with your RMA#. They will then ship the product to our facilities. Please make sure that the box is scanned by a designated FedEx representative to ensure it can be tracked during transit. Wynnr cannot track, or will not guarantee delivery of any items that were left in a self-service drop box.
  4. Please ship your return pre-paid to the address below:

  5. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods please allow for more time.

How much does shipping cost?

We use carrier calculated shipping rates. Your shipping options will appear after you enter your address on the checkout page. The prices are calculated based on how the items in your order will be packaged (based on weight and dimensions) and your shipping address. This allows us to give you the best and most accurate rate for your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. You may choose any speed of delivery from standard to overnight. Additional fees may apply.

What are your shipping holidays?

Wynnr and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:

  • New Year's Eve – Only Air and International packages will be delivered
  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving – Only Air and International packages will be delivered
  • Christmas Day

Additional Shipping Holidays for those with PO/APO and FPO addresses:

  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans' Day
